Agreement

By downloading or using Shrink you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you got Shrink from the App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Using Shrink

We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use Shrink on devices you own or control. Please do not copy, resell, reverse engineer or misuse the app, or use it to break the law.

Your photos

Your photos stay yours. Shrink processes them on your device and saves new copies; it does not change or delete your originals. You are responsible for having the right to use the photos you process.

Free version and ads

Every tool in Shrink is free to use. The free version shows ads: a banner, and one short video before each batch of up to ten photos.

Shrink Pro subscriptions

• Shrink Pro is offered as a yearly or monthly auto-renewing subscription. It removes ads and the batch limit and lets you save your own presets.
• Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically at the same price for the same period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
• You can manage or cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel it.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies.
• If we change the price, the store tells you in advance, and you can cancel before it applies.

No guarantees

We work hard to make Shrink reliable, but it is provided as is. We do not promise that every photo can reach every target size, that a given website will accept a file, or that the app will be free of errors. Keep your own backups of photos that matter.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data, arising from your use of Shrink. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Shrink in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.

Changes and ending

We may update Shrink and these terms. If the terms change in a way that matters, we will update this page and its date. You can stop using Shrink at any time by deleting it and cancelling any subscription.
